The SEIKO 5 Sports "Brian May 2022" edition is in collaboration with the legendary guitarist from the acclaimed rock band Queen. Inspired by his favorite guitar "Red Special" that was used to create the bands iconic sound the SRPH80 is the second limited edition design out of 12500 made.  The automatic 42.5mm brushed and polished gold-tone stainless steel case has manual wind capacity with hack function for precision setting. The red gradient press textured dial is inspired by the color of his wooden guitar with a black satin curved accent reminiscent of the pick guard. A black aluminum rotating uni-directional bezel is surrounded by a gold-tone stainless steel case paying homage to Brian Mays new "Gold Series" reissue solo album. Centrally located is the "Red Special" namesake in cursive with a minutes track on outer chapter ring. Equipped with a double day/date window @3 with luminous hands and markers with durable hardlex crystal for easy legibility. A stainless steel crown nestled between a crown guard is strategically positioned at 4:00 for increased comfort with 100 meter water resistance and 41hr power reserve. Powered by Seiko's own in-house-made automatic caliber 4R36 movement viewable behind the red exhibition case-back signed with his signature. Fitted with a black nylon stripped NATO style strap reflecting the strings of his guitar with gold-tone stainless steel tang buckle. Special serial number limited to just 12500 pieces with a special presentation box inspired  by a guitar case with replica 'lucky sixpence' coin which Brian uses as a guitar pick.
