SHIPPING

All Items purchased from Timescapeusa.com receive complimentary FREE  shipping in the United States except for items weighing over 100 pounds including safes, cabinets, & multi-unit winding systems. Expedited shipping options are available if you would like to upgrade. International shipping is also available. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable should you decide your purchase just isn't for you. Keep in mind all custom made to order items allow for manufacturers production time. Need a different Shipping method? EXCHANGES & RETURNS

TimeScape exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase by the original client when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and information booklets intact. Sale, clearance, special order, completed layaway/shopay, modified and/or custom pieces are non-refundable or able to be exchanged. Refunds for credit, e-payments purchases may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your account. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders, custom made items are not returnable and no exchange or refund can be made. All special orders require a 50% non –refundable deposit. A special order included any jewelry, timepiece, watch winder, safe, gemstone or gift item ordered at the client’s request.

LAYAWAYS

Most items may be put on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with ta minimum deposit of 25%. There must be monthly payment activity and the item(s) must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. Canceled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable.
