Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us here at TimeScapeUSA LLC. We appreciate your business and we will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Before you place your order be advised we do not deliver to PO Boxes and all deliveries via UPS and FedEx require a signature. 

TimeScapeUSA LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Free Complimentary Shipping Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options include Priority International. UPS or FedEx Ground, Next Day Air, and 2-day expedited and USPS priority mail. All UPS and FedEx orders require a signature and will not be left at the door.

Orders placed before 3pm central are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm central, are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Expedited delivery does not include Saturday and Sunday and Holidays. If you order your item on Friday after 3pm central time or Saturday and Sunday your order will be processed the following Monday.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 
Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

TimeScapeUSA LLC does not ship to PO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Backorders/Stock-outs

Occasionally we may have items on back-order or out of stock merchandise. We will make every attempt to accommodate getting your item at the earliest convenience and will contact you with a notification or offer of a comparable substitute product.

Please note that shipping and delivery times stated are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. 

 

Special Orders and Made to Order Items 

Because we sell unique and bespoke items, some merchandise is made to order. Be aware there may be a delay in shipping to accomidate for manufactures production time. 

 

Damaged Packages

TimeScapeUSA LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
