TimeScape exists to satisfy our customers. If you ordered the wrong item or are not satisfied with your purchase we offer returns or exchanges unless stated in our return policy. You will be responsible for return shipment costs. We are not responsible for uninsured, lost, damaged items during return shipping process.

Ships within 1-3 business days if this item is in our store inventory. Drop shipping direct from the manufacture may take up to 7-10 business days. Safes, custom-made, or multi-unit winding system could take 4-8 weeks for production time. Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping.

Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase by the original client when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explanations booklets intact. Sale items, Clearance items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not refundable or exchangeable. Refunds for cash or check purchases will be given by check after 14 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
